Why I Built BOSai Software℠
Before you explore the BOSai Operating System℠, I would like to personally share why I built it, the philosophy behind it, and the mission that continues to guide every innovation we create. BOSai was not built simply to provide software. It was built to strengthen leadership, stewardship, and service throughout the community association industry.
Built From Real Experience
BOSai Software℠ was not designed in theory.
It was built from the work.
Following the tragic Surfside condominium collapse, community association management entered a new era. Boards and managers are now expected to understand structural integrity reserve studies, milestone inspections, engineering reports, reserve funding, restoration planning, insurance recovery, compliance obligations, and long-term asset protection.

Restoration Oversight
After Hurricane Andrew, Glenn Stoutt assembled teams of architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, attorneys, insurance specialists, and restoration professionals to oversee more than $25 million in restoration and remediation projects.
Built Because Nothing Fit
After meeting with many of the largest property management software companies, one conclusion became clear: great managers should not have to adapt to software. Software should support the way exceptional management is actually performed.
