Like every new CAM, I was learning, asking questions, making mistakes, solving problems, and trying to earn the trust of every homeowner and every board member I served.
I did not begin with a large company or sophisticated systems. I began with one opportunity and a desire to do the job well.
Over the next twelve years, that single opportunity grew into the privilege of serving 82 community associations representing more than $500 million in community assets.
